Especially, in case of Namarin GABA including a lot of GABA(Gamma AminoButyric Acid), we removed a fishy smell with ultrafiltration and fermentation process that has fermented with Lactobacillus brevis BJ20(KCTC 11377BP). Fucose, forming by fermentation from Fucoidan, low molecular weight saccharides, algic minerals and a variety of biological active compounds are features of this product.
